Online Group Therapy

Interpersonal Growth

Do you ever feel it is difficult to express yourself with others? Do you have difficulty communicating your wants or needs? Or feel challenged to set boundaries? Sometimes, it feels like you can’t get the words out or at other times you have said too much? Relationships are hard! They require us to be able to communicate effectively, set boundaries, use active and empathic listening, and be able to effectively manage conflict. This group will focus on developing and putting these skills into practice so you can feel confident in your ability to interact with others.

Healing Hearts

Trauma is a response to a terrible event including but not limited to war, accidents, sexual assault, abuse, or a natural disaster. Following an event, reactions may include denial or shock, exhaustion, sadness, anxiety, numbness, confusion, dissociation, flashbacks, nightmares, difficulties with relationships, unpredictable emotions, and avoidance behaviors. Using a trauma-informed perspective, this group will provide a safe space for trauma survivors to connect with each other and feel supported. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques will be used to decrease symptoms and empower clients with coping skills that can be used outside of the group.

Women's Group

Meet caring women who are looking to provide and receive support in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space. Topics include, anxiety, depression, relationships, loss, self-esteem, work/life balance, stress management, and wellness.
